A three day virtual pilgrimage along the camino to the Abbey de la Monterrat, renowned site of one of the most famous Black Madonnas in music, source of inspiration for centuries of music and art, from the Llibre Vermell to Antoni Gaudi
You can participate either live or by later download- all registrants will receive a link for video streaming, as well as class notes and an invitation to a private sharing group
Each day will open with a contemplative circle of music , poetry and meditation, followed by lectures on the incredibly rich and fascinating historuy of Montserrat, a place that has transformed the lives and imaginations of centuries of pilgrims. Each day will also include a creative practice: singing of Medieval pilgrim songs with Catherine Braslavksy, Visio Divine (art meditation) with Sue Ellen Parkinson and the Rosary with Clark Strand and Perdita Finn, best selling authors of The Way of the Rose.. Small group sharing circles will enable you to deepen your experience and connection with fellow pilgrims from around the world
